Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce (Old El Paso)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bag Doritos
1 small (4 oz.) can peeled green chili peppers
Preparation

Brown meat and onions. Add your soups, milk, enchilada sauce and chopped green peppers to meat and simmer for about 10 minutes. In a greased (Pam spray) pan, add ingredients as below: Layer of meat mixture, layer of crumbled Doritos and layer of grated cheese, repeating layers until all material is used. Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. All or parts of the casserole can be frozen.
