Ingredients

60 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 3 c.)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients. Set aside 3/4 cup.
Press remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Set aside.
Combine condensed milk and orange juice concentrate. Fold in whipped topping and oranges.
Spoon mixture over crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Cover and freeze until firm. Makes 12 servings.
