Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 can mushroom soup plus 1/2 c. water
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 small pkg. onion Cup-a-Soup
Preparation
    Spread rice on bottom of oblong dish.
    Dissolve bouillon in water and pour over rice.
    Place pork chops on rice.
    Pour mushroom soup and water over chops.
    Sprinkle onion soup over all. Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Chicken can be substituted for chops.
