Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef or pork ribs
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Cook rack of ribs in Dutch oven or regular 350\u00b0 oven for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until done.
    In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
    Pour sauce over ribs and bake, uncovered, until brown, about 20 minutes.
    Keep basting ribs with sauce.
