Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches fresh broccoli
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut broccoli; do not cook.
    Mix in bacon, onion and cheese. Mix together mayo, sugar and vinegar and pour over broccoli. Chill.
    Serves 6 to 8.
