Perfect Every Time Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef
    2 chopped onions (medium)
    6 carrots, cut in chunks
    3 stalks celery
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    4 oz. V-8 juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 potatoes
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in casserole and bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    One hour prior to finish, add the potatoes (cut in halves).
    Serves 6.
