Sweet Potato Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 medium yams
1 to 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
salt
Preparation

Peel and wash yams.
Slice as thin as possible, the thinner, the better.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan; let oil get very hot. Place chips in oil until golden brown.
Place cooked chips on a paper towel.
Salt to taste and serve.
