Annie'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. almond flavoring
5 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour (plain)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray Pam on a 10-inch tube pan.
Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Cream together the butter, shortening and sugar.
Add extracts.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Sift flour with baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture alternately with milk.
Blend well after each addition.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cool 15 minutes before turning gently onto plate.
