Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 lb. potatoes, peeled
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preparation

Shred potatoes. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Mix all together in casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers mixed with butter. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
