Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sharp, shredded cheese
    1 onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice medium thin.
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Blend in flour and add milk.
    Stir until boiling.
    Add cheese, salt and pepper.
    Put sliced potatoes and onion in buttered baking dish.
    Pour cheese sauce over these and bake at 375\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
