Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs, separated
1 c. crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, oil, egg yolks, pineapple cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter.
Fold in pecans.
Pour into a 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until cake tests done. Let cool in pan.
