Cheesie Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
boiled potatoes, skinned and sliced
dried onions
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Spray a glass baking dish with a nonstick spray. In microwave, melt cheese, butter and cheese. Put sliced potatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle dried onion over potatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
