Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir
    boiling
    water,
    rolled
    oats, molasses, salt and butter together.\tLet cool.
    Dissolve yeast with 1/4 cup warm water; stir
    in oatmeal mixture.
    Add 2 cups of flour; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Mix in rest of flour.
    Cover and let rise
    about
    4 hours.
    With wooden spoon, beat batter about 75 strokes.
    Put in two
    greased
    bread
    pans.\tLet
    rise
    again. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
