Oven French Fries(Dietetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Slice potatoes in half and then slice each half into 8 thick crescent-shaped pieces.
    Chill sliced potatoes 10 minutes (or longer) in ice cold water to crisp them.
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0. Drain potatoes well.
    Toss lightly with oil.
    Spray a baking pan with Pam.
    Arrange the slices in a single layer.
    Bake 25 minutes turning occasionally.
    Season and serve.
    Makes 4 (75 calorie) servings.
