Creamed Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh asparagus (or use canned)
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. warm water
1 small can evaporated milk
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cook asparagus until tender (steam).
Add milk, flour and water; cook until thick.
Add asparagus and diced hard-boiled eggs.
