Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (No. 303) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/2 c. juice)
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 stick oleo, melted
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Half fill a tall glass with cranberry juice.
Add a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and enough ginger ale to float the ice cream. This is a very good drink to serve at Christmastime.
