Savory Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 carrot, finely diced
1/4 medium onion, diced
1/2 stalk celery, finely diced
2 Tbsp. butter or 3 Tbsp. Butter Buds
milk to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cover all ingredients in saucepan with barely enough water to cover top of vegetables.
Cook 15 minutes until tender.
Do not add more water, but watch to prevent scorching.
When tender, mash with fork only.
Add milk to make consistency that you like.
