Mom'S Tomato Soup Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 eggs
    1 can tomato soup
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix baking soda and soup in a bowl; set aside. Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs and soup mix; mix well. Sift together dry ingredients; mix all together. Bake in 9 x 9 or 8 x 9 greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
