Chinese Beef And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless chuck, cut in thin slices
    1 large, sliced onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. green and/or red pepper strips
    1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute beef, onion and garlic in oil until meat browns.
    Add rest of ingredients except rice; bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice. Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
