Italiano'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes, chopped
    1 large can tomato paste
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    Italian sausages
Preparation
    Simmer onion in oil.
    Add tomatoes, paste, sauce and water; simmer.
    Do not burn on bottom.
    Simmer 1 hour or more.
    Parboil sausages slowly to get some fat out, about 20 minutes.
    Drain and add sausages to spaghetti sauce.
    Heat for 30 minutes at a slow simmer.
    Serve with spaghetti.
