Stu'S Fine Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. minimum good grade of ground beef
2 medium onions (more if more meat is used)
1 pkg. per pound of chili mix
1 can whole tomatoes per pound of meat
1 can kidney beans per pound of meat
1 small can Contadina tomato paste
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Fry ground beef with sliced onions; pour off excess oil (do not overcook).
Stir in chili mix.
Stir in tomatoes, chop or cut tomatoes before adding.
Add tomato paste (about 2/3 can).
Add jalapeno peppers (split into halves or quarters).
Add kidney beans juice and all.
Add water to thin out (your choice as to density). Let simmer about 1 hour.
