Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. (not rounded) flour
    pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    baked pie crust
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can coconut
    4 egg yolks
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar. Pour in milk and stir. Add butter. Cook on low heat. Beat egg yolks. Pour in mixture. Stir while cooking and cook until almost done. Add vanilla and coconut to mixture. Remove from heat. Pour slightly thickened mixture into baked pie crust. Top with beaten egg whites and sugar. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
