Mrs. Tran'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. green peas
    1/2 c. corn
    1 carrot, peeled and grated
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. fish sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 c. cold cooked rice
Preparation
    Scramble eggs in butter and set aside.
    In wok or large frypan over medium heat, saute onion in oil until transparent.
    Add vegetables, and cook, stirring for 3 minutes.
    Add sugar, fish sauce and soy sauce and mix well.
    Add rice and cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until all food is hot.
    Chop up scrambled eggs; mix in and serve.
