Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Granny Smith apples
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
    butterscotch caramel topping
Preparation
    Put apples in 2 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
    Cover and when ready to serve, drain well. Blend cheese, brown sugar and vanilla.
    Spread in dish.
    Top with butterscotch topping and nuts.
    Serve with apples.
