Banana Energy Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. soft margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
4 c. uncooked oats
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg, salt and bananas.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
