"No Brainer" Southwest Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, slightly frozen and cut into bite-size pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can hominy
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can chickpeas
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
6 c. water
Preparation

Put all ingredients together in large kettle and simmer about 30 minutes.
Serve with crushed tortilla chips, grated cheese, sour cream, and avocado slices.
