Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 small containers sour cream
10 oz. cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Thaw potatoes.
Combine margarine, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream, soup and cheese.
Blend together with potatoes.
Pour into 3-quart casserole dish or 2 (1 1/2-quart) dishes.
Mix crushed corn flakes and margarine together.
Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
