French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    1 1/8 c. sugar
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 can coconut (4 oz.)
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour (mix with sugar)
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into shell and bake for 35 minutes at 250\u00b0.
