Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients well.
    Sift the dry ingredients and stir in.
    Roll into balls the size of small walnuts.
    Roll into sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    (These cookies puff up at first, then flatten out.)
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
