Pimiento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. American or Velveeta, grated or chopped
1 large can evaporated milk
1 (7 oz.) jar chopped pimientos
Preparation

Heat milk. Add grated cheese and let melt.
Add pimientos and mix well. This can be poured up in jars to cool before serving. Use as a sandwich spread, a dip or for stuffing celery.
