Ingredients

1 Tbsp. white sugar
6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Burn the sugar on stove top on medium heat; set aside to cool. Use an 8-inch cake pan.
Place the last 5 ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
Pour over burnt sugar in pan.
Steam approximately 1 1/2 hours on very low heat.
Check water level from time to time.
