Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen spinach
    1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
    1 small shredded carrot
    1 round loaf pumpernickel bread or Jewish rye bread
Preparation
    Cook the spinach according to box directions.
    Drain well. Mix all other ingredients.
    Hollow the center of the bread so it looks like a bowl.
    Save the bread from the middle.
    Cube into torn bite-size pieces to place around the loaf to use for dip.
