Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. half and half cream
    6 egg yolks (save whites)
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream sugar, eggs, spices and butter at low speed for 1 minute. Add cream and blend. Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0. Cool until firm.
