Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt, pepper and oregano to taste
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 eggs
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Drain liquid from one jar of artichokes into pan.
    Chop artichokes and set aside.
    Add onion to liquid in pan and saute. (Add a little garlic salt.)
    Beat eggs; add bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion.
    Put in greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut into 1-inch squares and serve hot or cold.
