Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 stalks celery
    4 small potatoes
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. water
    1 can whole kernel corn (optional)
Preparation
    Cut onions, celery, potatoes and add water.
    Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes or until done.
    Melt margarine; add flour and make paste.
    Remove from pan; put in milk and heat.
    Add roux gradually (margarine and flour).
    Stir until creamy.
    Add potatoes and corn.
    Heat and stir.
    Don't let boil.
