Ingredients

1 jar sliced beets, drained
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch; add vinegar, oil and water.
Bring to boil.
Add beets and cook over low heat 30 minutes or until thick.
