Chicken Salad Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 Ronzoni jumbo shells
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    2 c. cooked chicken in strips
    1 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced scallions
    1/2 c. sunflower seed (unsalted)
Preparation
    Cook pasta as directed; drain.
    Combine curry, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and garlic.
    Add chicken, red pepper, celery, scallions and sunflower seed.
    Toss lightly. Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons into each shell.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce.
