Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 c. chopped pecans
cream cheese shells
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Spoon 1 teaspoon filling into pastry shell.
Bake tarts at 350\u00b0 for 17 minutes. Garnish with cream.
Makes 2 dozen.
