Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, undissolved yeast and salt. Gradually add water and 2 tablespoons peanut oil to flour mixture. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Roll dough to a 12-inch circle; place on a greased pizza pan. Form a standing rim on crust. Prick dough with fork
    randomly. Let rest 10 minutes. Prebake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
