Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    8 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla or almond extract
    8 c. flour
    2 lb. almonds, chopped
    4 Tbsp. anise
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and knead.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm.
    Let cool for 10 minutes.
    Slice and rebake on ungreased cookie sheet.
