Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. sirloin tip roast, sliced thin and tied
    1 garlic bud
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 bay leaves
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Bake in a heavy Dutch oven for 3 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    The last 30 minutes, cut strings.
    Serve on sub buns.
