Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 small box chopped spinach, water removed
    1 pkg. Mrs. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 uncooked pastry pie shell
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    3/4 c. chopped, cooked chicken, 1 can crabmeat, drained, 3/4 c. diced ham or whatever kind of meat you like (optional)
    Cheddar, Havarti or Monterey Jack cheese (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Add milk and vegetable soup mix. Squeeze water out of the spinach.
    Add to other ingredients.
    Add the cheese; mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
