Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. boiled eggs
3/4 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. green relish
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil eggs; cool and remove shells.
Cut in half.
Remove yolks to mixing bowl.
With fork, crumble yolks for easy mixing.
Add salt, pepper, sugar, green relish and mayonnaise and mix well.
Do not use too much mayonnaise or mixture will be runny.
Put 1/2 tablespoon of the yolk mixture back in egg white.
Garnish with paprika.
