Mom'S Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large stewing hen
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 very large onions
    paprika
Preparation
    Take 2 tablespoons oil in large frying pan.
    Cut up large onions small.
    Put in large frying pan on medium heat until onions are a bit soft.
    Take parts of chicken and put salt and paprika on each piece.
    Put skin side down on onions.
    Lower to simmer and cook until tender.
