Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 large onion, chopped fine
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned crumb stuffing
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Cook spinach as directed; drain well.
Add bread crumbs and eggs.
Add rest of ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Make small balls.
Bake on cookie sheet in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 60 balls.
