Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. grated zucchini
nuts (if desired)

Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Alternately add milk and dry ingredients, beating after each addition.
Stir in zucchini, peel and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in prepared tube pan or two loaf pans.
