Grandma Jackson'S Sorghum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sorghum
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except flour.
Add flour gradually, enough to make a stiff batter.
Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Top will fall.
