Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    acorn squash
    melted butter
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. sherry wine
Preparation
    Wash and cut squash in half lengthwise.
    Scrape out seeds. Brush cut surfaces and cavity with melted butter.
    Place close together, cut side down, on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until almost tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.
    Turn cut side up and brush again with butter.
    Sprinkle cavity with sugar and salt.
    Add a few drops of sherry.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes more, until surface is glazed.
