Kentucky Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 small can creamed corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. diced onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Pour half of mixture into greased iron skillet.
    Sprinkle with half (1/4 cup) Cheddar cheese. Pour in remaining half of corn bread mixture.
    Top with remainder 1/4 cup cheese.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
