Hamburger And Cheese Pizzas(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    4 (4-inch) pocket (pita) breads
    1/4 c. pizza sauce
    1 oz. (1/4 c.) shredded low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
    Place pocket breads on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce and 3 tablespoons ground beef. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Makes 4 pizzas.
